Charcoal Nian Gao

This year, we made lucky food for Chinese New Year – charcoal Nian Gao. A type of Chinese cake that usually we only have it once a year. It is sticky and sweet and most importantly, you can keep it for a year on shelf! Very sustainable 😀 It is a family affair so get your community together for this.
